the architecture of the building had a simple design it looked nice
the front desk staff was pretty rude they charged me the wrong amount even after i showed them my reservation i made months ago it felt very unprofessional

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it had plenty of fresh and tasty food. i also liked the room size and pillow options. I don't like the usual, soft pillows in hotels, so this was good. the staff reacted quickly. The bathroom tubes were stuck, and they changed my room.
premium wifi was costly.

The staff were REALLY helpful and accommodating! The shower was GREAT. It was nice and powerful. It was an amazing experience.
The window had a sign that stated it had safety locks. Unfortunately, the locks WEREN'T working, so the window could be opened freely. I also didn't plan for the parking. There were NO parking spaces left when I arrived. I had to spend an hour finding where to park MY car.

I found the staff quite attentive. They handled my luggage storage with no fuss. the location really worked for me, putting me close to attractions. the room had effective soundproofing. I slept well despite being near a lively street.
the parking fee felt a little steep.
